As a responsible pet parent, your pet care does not stop at that yearly pet physical exam … it is an ongoing process throughout your pet’s life!
According to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), 25% more pets could be saved if just one first aid technique was applied? So, knowing what to do in a pet emergency is all-important.
WOULD YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY?
Unfortunately, most people panic at the onset of a pet emergency or sudden injury. (Is this you? Or someone you know?)
This workshop is designed to:
- replace your panic with knowledge, and
- enhance your pet training & handling skills
Pet First Aid is for immediate care. It is not a substitute for proper veterinary care. You must follow up with a visit to your vet asap!
Learn the latest protocols in Veterinarian--approved Pet First Aid & CPR techniques
You will learn and receive "hands-on" practical experience in:
- apply a make-shift muzzle to a live dog
- check for a dog’s pulse
- learn how to perform CPR
- treat electrical burns and wounds
- proper way to wrap a wound
- and much, much more
At the completion of class, you receive:
- 2-year certification
- 90+ page manual (valued at $75)

Why a Live Class vs. Online Video Training
You can find many online classes and videos on pet first aid & CPR. These online classes and videos can be helpful and are great as a “refresher,” but who will show you if your hands are in the “wrong place?”
Nothing takes the place of “in person” instruction and you getting “hands-on” practice. Will an on-line video point out to you if you are doing something wrong?
Also:
- Classes kept small: minimum of 5, but no more than 10 students*
- Each student will practice Pet First Aid techniques on a “live” dog
- My 10-Step In-Home Monthly Wellness Exam normally sells for $49, but when taking this class, I offer it to you for free!
*Why no more than 10 students? It is important that each student receives individual, personal hands-on training. You cannot get that with 20, 30 or more pet parents in class.
