Why take a “live” pet first aid class vs. onlne video training?

You can find many online classes and videos on pet first aid.

These can be helpful, but nothing takes the place of being there “in person” and getting “hands-on” practice.  You will see demonstrations and receive actual practical experience in:

  1. applying a make-shift muzzle to a live dog,
  2. checking their pulse, breathing rate,
  3. learn how to perform CPR,
  4. treat electrical burns and wounds,

to name just a few.  Will an on-line video help correct you if you doing something incorrectly?
